4th Grade Students will be completing a North Carolina County presentation while in technology. The students will be assigned one of the 100 NC counties.
Each student will research their county to find out its county seat, its cities and towns, the county population based on the US Census in 2010, the amount of land area it covers, when it was form and who it was named for, the NC region it is in, its bordering counties/states and how far away it is from Apex, NC. Students will use the following resources to locate their information:
After collecting their NC county research, each student will create a powerpoint presentation based on the data they collected. This powerpoint will be converted to pictures and uploaded to Voicethread. Students will create a multimedia project
